Also, I currently use Canola/Wintergreen oil mix, add Chilis coasters, 1 per full size hive. 16oz of Canola, add 1oz of Natural Wintergreen oil, in 1gal GLASS jug, add coasters 1 at a time. Let soak overnite. Knocks out V-mite, SHB & trachea mites. half size hive gets half disc, Nuc gets 1/4 disc. Essential oils management, cheap, effective, much healthier bees.
